摘要
研究了革胡子鲇( Clarislareza) 的早期胚胎发育。从受精卵到孵化出膜和体循环建立被划分为28 个发育时期,描述了各发育时期的形态特征,报道了各发育时期的时龄。在水体温度为23 ~25-5 ℃的条件下,胚胎发育历时共25∶23 。胚胎发育所需的积温为783-22 ℃。并与胡子鲶(Clariasfuscus) 的早期胚胎发育进行了比较。
This paper deals with the early embryonic development of Clarias Lareza.The whole process of embryonic development took about 25 h 23 min and may be divide into 28 stages.Includes:1.fertilized egg.2.blastodisc formation stage.3.2-cell stage.4.4-cell stage.5.8-cell stage.6.16-cell stage.7.32-cell stage.8.64-cell stage.9.multicellular cell stage.10.early blastula stage.11.late blastula stage.12.early gastula stage.13.mid gastrula stage.14.late gastaula stage.15.blastopore closed stage.16.somites appearance stage.17.optic vesicle appearance stage.18.tailbud appearance stage.19.ear vesicle and nose rudiment formation stage.20.muscle functioning stage.21.optic cup formation stage.22.endocardium formation stage.23 otolith formation stage.24.heart beat stage.25.crystalline lenes appearance stage.26.vitelline circulating stage.27.hatching stage.28.body circulating stage.In this experiments,the water temperature was controlled at 23~25.5 ℃.A time table for development and descriptions of embryonic feature is also given in this paper.
