广西北部湾经济区技能型营销人才需求的调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis of Skilled Talents of Marketing Demand for the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

随着北部湾经济区规划的实施和推进,人力资源的培养和开发成为战略性任务。本文通过对北部湾经济区内企业和营销人员的抽样调查与分析,多角度探索北部湾经济区内企业对技能型营销人才的需求特点,为区内高职院校准确制定营销专业的人才培养目标、完善技能型营销人才的培养模式提供依据。

With the implementation and propulsion of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the training and development of human resources become the strategic task. This article, from multi--angle, probes the demand characteristics of skill--based marketing talents of enterprise in Beibu gulf economic zone, through the personnel＇s sampling survey and analysis of enterprises and marketing persons in Beibu gulf economic zone,which provides the basis to the training goal of marketing professional talents of colleges in region,and the development of training mode of skilled marketing talents.
