摘要 在高校教育管理运行机制中,认识实习是教学工作的重要环节,其对于大学生全面掌握和深入融汇专业知识、培养思维方法和创新能力以及全面认识专业的发展方向都有着重要的作用。本文以建立更加完善的认识实习体制为目标,根据笔者参与的山东农业大学道路桥梁与渡河工程专业认识实习所得的经验体会,结合目前我国高校大学生认识实习现状,通过总结往年实习经验和今年实习出现的问题,提出了重视实习安全、改善实习条件、细化实习流程等方面一系列的改革和完善意见,并精炼出一套认识实习的具体体制,创新性地将学校管理、教师疏导、学生自促三方面整合成了完整体系,可望解决实习过程中常遇到的一些问题,从而使认识实习获得更好的效果。 Cognition practice is an important step in the management of university. It's very important for students to grasp and understand professional knowledge, develop the method of thought and completely know the developing direction of specialty. Based on the experience, the authors got from the cognition practice of the road and bridge engineering of Shandong Agricultural University and the status of the cognition practice in China colleges and universities, the cognition practice system was studied. Several adviees about safety precautions,practice process were put forward,and a relatively perfect system about cognition practice was build up. They would be help for the cognition practice.
