A Novel Chinese Network Information Platform

在中国广域C网基础上，提出了中国C网内联网（IntraC）及中国C网与Interne互联的解决方案，并实现了中国C网基础上的超文本信息传输与测览，解决了中国C网信息超级链接及站点超级链接等技术问题。

Based on the China city network (C-net), this Paper proposes an intra-C-netscheme and a method to link the C-net with the internet. In addition, the hypertext information transmission and browse have been realized, the related C-net informaion hyperlink and sitehyperlink problems have been solved.
