摘要
从巨枝大戟( Euphorbia macroclada )的全草中分离得到10 个化合物,分别鉴定为:1 ,2∶5 ,6二氧异丙叉基αD呋喃葡萄糖甙(1) ,1,2∶4 ,5二氧异丙叉基βD吡喃果糖甙(2),1 ,2氧异丙叉基αD呋喃葡萄糖甙(3),1 ,2氧异丙叉基βD吡喃果糖甙(4) ,5羟甲基糠醛(5) ,5甲氧基甲基糠醛(6) ,D葡萄糖(7) ,β谷甾醇(8) ,β胡萝卜甙(9) ,乔木萜醇(10) .其中1 ~7 为首次从大戟属植物中分离得到.
Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia macroclada. On the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence, their structures were elucidated as 1,2∶5,6 di o isopropylidene α D glucofuranose(1),1,2∶4,5 di o isopropylidene β D fructopyranose(2), 1,2 o isopropylidene α D glucopyranose(3), 1,2 o isopropylidene β D fructopyranose(4),5 hydroxymethyl furaldehyde(5),5 methoxymethyl furaldehyde(6),D glucose(7),β sitosterol(8),daucoside(9),bauerenol(10).It was the first time to have compounds 1~7 isolated from Euphorbiaceae.
