摘要
叙述了变频器在氢气压缩机上的应用,介绍了氢气回收系统改造过程的设计思想,分析了几种常见大功率电机启动方式的优缺点。实践证明,增设变频器后氢气回收系统稳定性和可靠性方面均有所很大改善,系统节能效果明显。
The application of the AC driver in the compressor of hydrogen cycling system was narrated,and the design process of system transformation was introduced.Several common advantages and disadvantages of high-power motor start mode were analyzed as well.It is showed that the hydrogen cycling system becomes stable and reliable with the AC driver system.The advantage of energy-saving is obvious.
