摘要 介绍一台我们设计、研制的共焦扫描激光显微镜,它由共焦显微镜光学系统、信号探测成像系统以及物扫描平台驱动装置组成.光学系统设计有两条光路,便于共焦调节,可采用反射、透射和偏振3种方式,也可进行荧光成像.信号探测成像系统及物扫描平台驱动装置均由计算机控制完成.本文对各部分的原理和具体实施方法作较详细的讨论,并给出一些样品的图像. This paper introduces a confocal scanning laser microscope, designed and made by us. It consists of a confocal microscopic optical system, a signal - detecting and imaging system, and a X - Y scanning stage driver. The optical system .contains two optical paths, which are easy for confocal adjustmentusing reflection and transmission, and fluorescent spectroscopic imaging. The signal - detecting, imagingsystem and scanning stage driver are controlled by the computer. A detailed study has been made of theoperating method of the signal - detecting, imaging system and scanning stage driver, and the images ofsome samples are also provided.
