摘要
在pH为3.9的HAC/NaAc缓冲体系中,铍试剂Ⅱ被溴酸钾缓慢分解,铁(Ⅲ)对分解反应有催化作用,产物呈现荧光,其荧光峰为λex/λem=317/423(nm),基于此建立了催化荧光测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的最佳条件.铁(Ⅲ)的量在0.0-10.0μg/25mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,回归方程X(μg/25mL)=0.166ΔF-0.545,检测限为0.68μg/L,方法应用于自来水中铁(Ⅲ)的测定。
A new kinetic method has been described for the determination of trace lron (Ⅲ) in pH 3 .9HAc/NaAc medium, based on its catalytic action on the oxidation of Berryllon Ⅱ by potassium bromate.The λex/λem of the oxidation product is 317/423 (nm). The optimum conditions for determination of lron(Ⅲ) has been studied. The liner ranges of lron (Ⅲ) is O ~ 10.0 μg/25 mL,, the regression equation isX(μg/25 mL) = 0. 166Δ F - 0. 545, and the detection limit is 0. 68 μg/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of lron (Ⅲ) in tap water.
