铁皮石斛种质室温离体保存

IN VITRO CONSERVATION OF GERMPLASM AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE

铁皮石斛（DendrobiumofficinaleKimuraetMigo）试管苗在1／2MS，附加0．5mg／LNAA、20mg／L蔗糖、0．5g／L活性炭和7g／L琼脂的培养基上，在普通培养室条件（25±2℃）下，连续保存12个月，存在活率达100％。培养基中添加低浓度NAA、蔗糖和活性炭，可明显改变保存材料的状态。

At the temperature and irradiance of normal culture room, plantlets of Dendrobium officinalecould be conserved for 12 months without subculture. The survival rate could reach 100%. The additionof low consentraion of NAA, sucrose and activated charcoal to the medium could improve the condition ofstored plantlets.
