摘要
文章介绍了我国菜籽粕现状及其抗营养因子的研究进展,着重对近几十年菜籽粕脱毒方法,特别是具有较大潜在价值的微生物发酵法和酶法进行汇总概述。
This paper paid a brief introduction of RSM status quo and antinutritional factors research, then put more emphasis on summarizing the detoxification methods in recent decades, especially microorganism fermentation methods and enzymic methods with which had large potential value for detoxicating antinutritional factors.
