摘要
随着我国经济实力的进一步加强和人民生活水平的进一步提高,我国已经成为继美国之后的世界第二大奢侈品消费国,因此,涉外品牌合作项目也日益增多。以涉外品牌合作过程中所涉及的《商标许可协议》为例,结合良好沟通原则、准确翻译原则以及用词专业原则,对其中个别容易翻译错误或者不准确的条款进行翻译实务探讨,以期对涉外经贸合作过程中的法律文书翻译有所裨益。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people' s living standards, China has become the second largest consuming market for luxuries after the USA. Consequently, foreign -related programs on well - known brands are growing rapidly. This article aims to discuss the practice of legal translation, taking Trademark Allowance Agreement for example, with the principles of good communication, accurate translation and appropriate terms using.
