摘要 基于实践取向的职前教师教育观强调实际教学情境在师范生教学技能培养中的重要作用,以小学教育本科专业职前教育为例,通过组建大学与实践基地小学"教学共同体",从中探索教学理论与师范生技能培养紧密结合的新路子,构建"理论与实践交融"的培养模式,为师范生未来职业的专业化发展奠定坚实的基础。 The idea that pre-job teaching education based on practice stresses the important role of practical teaching context in the training of normal school students' teaching skills.This paper takes the pre-job undergraduate students of elementary school education specialty for example through building the teaching community of university and elementary school practice base to explore the new way,which closely combines teaching theory with the training of normal school students' teaching skills to form the training mode of "putting theories into practice" in order to lay a solid foundation for normal school students' future professional development.
