HPLC法测定龙胆草中龙胆苦苷含量

Determination of Gentiopicroside in Gentianae Radix et Rhizome by HPLC

方法:高效液相色谱法。Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5um150×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇:水(25:75);检测波长为270nm;流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为20℃。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.4g/ml-4.0g/ml,浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速。

Methods：An HPLC method with Diamonsil C18 column was used（5um 150×4.6mm） . Methanol-water（25：75） was used as the mobile phase;The deterction wave-length was 270 nm;The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;The column temperature was 20℃.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.4μg/ml-4.0μg/ml for Gentiopicroside,r=0.9998（n=5） .Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
