Method Study on Determination of Depressor Substance in Bone Melon Extract Injection by Cat Blood Pressure

目的:确定合理的骨瓜提取物注射液降压物质检查方法及限值,建立骨瓜提取物注射液降压物质检查法。方法:采用猫血压法确定骨瓜提取物注射液降压物质检查方法,并对我公司10个批次的骨瓜提取物注射剂进行考察。结果:骨瓜注射液降压物质检查限值确定为0.2ml/kg较为合理。结论:骨瓜提取物注射液按限值0.2ml/kg进行降压物质检查结果安全可靠。

Objective：To determine reasonable bone melon extract injection step-down material inspection methods and limits,and establish bone melon extract injection step-down material inspection.Methods：Utilize cat blood pressure method to determine bone melon extract injection step-down material inspection methods,and in our company,10 batches of bone melon extract injection are investigated.Results：Bone melon injection step-down material inspection limits determine 0.2 ml/kg is more reasonable.Conclusion：Bone melon extract injection according to limit 0.2 ml/kg for bp-lowing physical examination results,safe and reliable.
