目的:优选姜黄提取物PLA-PEG-PLA微球的最佳制备工艺。方法:以PLA-PEG-PLA为材料,将姜黄素提取物微球化,通过单因素考察法,优选出最佳处方备工艺。结果:微囊的最佳处方工艺为:乳化剂含量为0.5%,转速为1000rmp,丙酮与二氯甲烷的比例为2:1,药物和聚合物的最佳配比为1:3。结论:根据最佳工艺制出的微球其包封率差别很小,重现性好,包封率高。

Objective：Optimization best preparation of turmeric extract PLA-PEG-PLA microspheres.Methods：Microencapsulation of curcumin extract,Optimization the most prescribed preparation process as the PLA-PEG-PLA materials by single factor method.Results：The best prescription for the microencapsulation process was：the emulsifier content is 0.5%,the speed is 1000rmp,the ratio of Acetone and dichloromethane is 2：1,The best ratio of drug and polymer is 1：3.Conclusion：As the best method,the difference encapsulation efficiency of microspheres is very small,the reproducible is good,and the encapsulation efficiency is higher.
