急性有机磷农药中毒反跳临床抢救的探讨

Clinical Analysis and Therapy of AOPP Relapse Patients

目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)反跳的临床特点与抢救措施,提高抢救成功率。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,分析33例急性有机磷农药中毒反跳的抢救过程。结果:33例AOPP反跳患者例成功治愈30例,占93.75%;3例死亡。结论:对AOPP反跳患者进行严密的临床观察,及时有效的抢救措施,可显著提高救治成功率,降低死亡率。

Objective：To investigate the clinical fueature and treatment of relapse of acute organophosphous pesticide（AOPP） ,in order to increse the success rate.Methods：The data oI 33 cases with acute organophosphous pesticide（AOPP） were analyzed retrospectively in order to summarize the clinical features and effectiveness of the treatment.Results：30 Cases were successfully saved,the success rate was 93.75%,but 2 cases were died.Conclusion：Observing carefully and treatment promptly can increse the success rate and reduce the dead rate obviously of the AOPP patients.
