摘要 目的探讨Seminar教学方法在基础护理学本科教学中的应用效果。方法将2008级本科学生96人分为对照班和实验班各48人,分别采用传统方法和Seminar教学法进行基础护理学教学,Seminar教学法采取报告结合讨论形式的教学方法,主要包括准备、发言、讨论和总结等步骤。结果实验班基础护理学期末考核成绩显著优于对照班(P〈0.01);79.17%~87.50%的学生认为Seminar教学法能激发学习的兴趣,提高自学、语言表达、人际交往与沟通、分析解决问题能力,以及能启发思维和扩展知识面、培养团队合作精神。结论 Seminar教学法能提高基础护理学的教学质量,有利于学生综合素质的培养。 Objective To explore the effect of Seminar applied in instruction of Fundamental Nursing for undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 96 college nursing students admitted in 2008 were commensurately divided into an experimental group and a control group at random.Students in the control group received traditional teaching method,while their counterparts in the experimental group were subjected to Seminar teaching,which was chractersized by discussion and report.Seminar teaching followed the steps of preparation,speaking,discussion and summary,etc.Results The scores of final examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01).Questionnaire survey showed that 79.17%-87.50% of the students in the experimental class thought that Seminar teaching could stimulate their interest in learning,improve their ability of self-learning,language performance,interpersonal communication,and problem-solving;they also considered that Seminar teaching could inspire their thoughts,expand knowledge and help them develop teamwork spirits.Conclusion Seminar teaching can improve the teaching quality of Fundamental Nursing and help students develop comprehensive quality.
