摘要
通过对黑龙江省牡丹江市的首例质押监管担保中心业务开展及运行情况进行深入调查,发现质押贷款业务对中小企业的发展和地方经济具有促进作用。因此,建议质押贷款业务在黑龙江全省范围内推广。
Through analyzing the first pledge supervision Guarantee Center＇s Business in Mudanjiang city,we discover that secured loans business makes stimulative effect on small and medium-sized enterprises＇ development and the local economy.Therefore,it suggests to promote the pledge loan business in Heilongjiang province.
