摘要
通过对支撑系统建设特点的分析,并结合运营商支撑系统建设管理的相关现状,提出了建设管理流程优化的一点建议,且对建设管理中的问题症结进行了探讨。
It firstly analyzes the characteristics of the telecom supporting system construction. Combined with the current situation of system construction management, it puts forward some suggestions on the construction management procedure optimization. It also discusses the problems on the management.
