产业生态系统管理在节能减排、废物利用,提供一系列清洁技术与节能产品方面发挥重要作用,其本质是一种创新行为,是运用可持续发展和循环经济理论指导实践与决策的管理方法。在生态环境问题日益突出、经济发展方式转变日益需要生态环境支持的新形势下,从理论架构角度探讨了产业生态系统管理的驱动因素、原则及目标、特点及内涵,以期为实现区域可持续发展服务。

Industrial eco-system management plays an important role in energy savings,reducing carbon emissions,better waste treatment,and a variety of clean technologies and products.As a consequence of its nature,industrial eco-system management assumes the character of an innovation activity,using sustainable theory and circular economy means in practice and decision-making.With increasingly severe in the ecological environment,economic development patterns need to be supported by the ecological environment,in order to achieve regional sustainable development.This article researches the driving forces,principles and objectives,characteristics and content of industrial ecosystem management from the perspective of the theoretical framework.
