摘要
通过对移动数据业务计费的计费流程、流量统计原理进行分析,指出数据业务和传统语音通信业务的差异,针对目前常见的计费模式找出用户和运营商之间博弈的焦点,提出日益增多的移动数据业务计费问题的解决思路。
It firstly analyzes the procedures and traffic statistic principles of mobile data service billing,gives the difference of data service and traditional voice service. It presents the focus point of subscriber and operators in view of the common billing modes,presents the considerations on solving mobile data service billing problems.
