摘要
科技创新团队是一个复杂系统,其发展演化有其内部动力机理。从揭示科技创新团队的自组织表征着眼,在哈肯模型的基础上建立了科技创新团队系统演化方程,分析并选取团队创新力和协同力作为关键状态变量,对科技创新团队系统的演化机制进行了分析,为探索我国科技创新团队的发展规律提供理论参考。
Scientific innovation team is a complicated system,whose development and evolution has its internal power mechanism.From revealing the features of self-organization of scientific innovation team,this establishes the evolution equation of scientific innovation team system based on the Haken model,and analyzes and selects creativity and collaborative for critical state variables.Finally,we analyze the evolution mechanism of scientific innovation team system,provideing a theoretical reference for the research of the development scientific innovation team system.
