Impact of CEO demography characteristics on remuneration and its implication

摘要 对高管的报酬和激励问题是公司治理的一个重大问题。在总结国内外众多关于高管薪酬的文献基础上,主要从高管人口统计特征方面就国内外的最新研究进行了综合评述,并在此基础上分析了对我国企业高管人员进行薪酬设计的借鉴和启示意义。 The remuneration and incentive system of CEO is always a controversial area which attracted a lot of research interest.After summarizing the major domestic and abroad literatures on this area,this paper reviews the latest research from the perspective of demographic characteristics.Based on the literature review,the paper analyzes the implications on the design of CEO remuneration system.
