摘要
分析不同特征的科技工作者对非经济性薪酬的需求差异。运用SPSS软件分析科技工作者的性别、婚姻、学历、年龄、职称和工作年限对非经济性薪酬中工作目的和责任、专业兴趣、挑战性、弹性工作制和组织归属度方面上的影响差异。研究结果显示,科技工作者的个人特征对非经济性薪酬的需求影响很大,同时,分析结果表明科技工作者对非经济性薪酬的需求可以归纳为专业的兴趣、弹性工作制、组织归属感以及工作目标和组织认同4个方面。
The destination is to study the differences of requirements of nonmonetary salary in scientific and technical staff.SPSS is used to search which of the employees’ characteristics——gender,marriage,education,age,title and position,working years——will influence the requirement of nonmonetary.Nonmonetary salary contains target,responsibility,professional interest,challenge,flexible working and sense of belongingness,etc.The conclusion is that characteristics have a great effect on the requirement of nonmonetary salary and the requirements of nonmonetary salary could be classified into four groups such as professional interest,flexible working,sense of belongingness as well as target and organizational identification.
