摘要
为了进一步加强地方高校科研创新团队的建设,通过对地方高校科研创新团队的现状的实证分析,找出地方高校科研创新团队建设和管理存在的问题。针对存在的问题,从提高认识、加大投入力度、加强制度建设、创新人才管理机制和完善评估体系等方面提出可行的解决对策。
In order to further strengthen the construction of innovative research team of local universities,this article finds out the problems existing in the construction and management through empirical analysis of the present situation.Then it puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems,such as improving the understanding,increasing investment,strengthening the system,innovating talent management mechanism and perfectting evaluation system.
