Innovative conception of post graduates' moral education in the new time

随着研究生在校数量的日益增加,研究生德育工作正成为一个相对薄弱的环节。研究生德育建设正面临新的挑战。为了解决研究生德育工作日益存在难点这种状况,提出研究生德育内容应具有创新性,通过构建以导师为主导,充分发挥研究生党支部、团组织的优势的作用,形成各级党团组织、研究生管理部门、研究生导师和专兼职教育管理干部齐抓共管的思想政治教育工作格局,从而希望可以让这种格局能够为以后研究生的德育工作提供理论支持,进而可以更好地为研究生的教育工作提供重要支持。

With the graduate students,increase,their moral education is becoming a relatively weak link.The construction of graduate student moral education faces a new challenge.To solve the situation,this article proposes that the graduate students’ moral education should have some innovation.By constructing a pattern that takes the teachers as the leaderships,displays the superiority of the graduate students’ party branch and the group organization,and forms all levels of political organizations to organize the ideological and political education.There fore,they can provide an theoretical orientation for the future work,and in turn they can tbetter provide an important support for graduate students’ education
