可吸收线联合海肤康急诊修复甲床损伤效果观察

Emergency Repair of nail bed injuries by using absorbable sutures combined with ＂Haifukang＂finger-glove

目的 探讨医用可吸收线与海肤康指套联合应用急诊修复甲床损伤的可行性,安全性及疗效.方法 指根阻滞麻醉,常规刷洗消毒、清创、仔细对合甲床创缘,用4-0可吸收线无张力缝合甲床,止血,套上海肤康指套.结果 46例57指除1例因碾压伤严重而缺血坏死外其余均自行愈合满意,其中优41指,占71.93%,良13指,占22.81%,差3指,占5.26%.结论 医用可吸收线与海肤康指套联合应用急诊修复甲床损伤操作简单,并发症少,疗效确切,适合大多数甲床损伤患者.

Objective To explore feasibility safety and curative effect of emergency repair of nail bed injuries by using absorbable sutures combined with ＂Haifukang＂ finger-glove. Methods A total of 46 patients with 57 fingers were sutured with absorbable sutures after disinfection and debridement, then put on with ＂Haifukang＂finger-gloves. Results No complication occurred. The function of nail beds were good. Most of cases healed better themselves except for 1 case of ischemia and necrosis caused by severe laminate. The excellent and good rate was 71.93%%（41/57） and 22.81%（13/57） respectively, only 3 bad （5.26%）.Conclusion It proved that emergency repair of nail bed injuries by using absorbable sutures combined with ＂Haifukang＂ finger-gloves is a very effective, reliable,safe and simple method with less complication and suitable for most of the nail bed injured patients.
