摘要
采用物理共混的方法制备了一系列水性聚氨酯/凹凸棒土(WPU/AT)纳米复合材料。采用扫描电镜和拉伸试验表征WPU/AT纳米复合材料的形态结构和性能。试验结果表明:AT能均匀地分散在WPU基体材料中,提高材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
A series of WPU/AT nanocomposites were prepared by means of physical blending.The morphology and performances of WPU/AT nanocomposites have been characterized by SEM and tensile experiment.The results showed that AT can be uniformly dispersed in WPU base material,and AT can enhance tensile strength and elongation at break of the material.
