摘要
通过在PPS-PMS(聚苯硫醚-聚金属硅氧烷)共混体系中添加交联剂、流平剂等助剂,改进涂料的熔融流动特性和涂层的表面状态;采用热熔融喷涂工艺,制得一次厚涂(500μm)、表面光滑、无针孔的耐腐蚀涂层,工艺时间从原先的4～6 h缩短到1.5～2 h。
Adding the crosslinking agents and leveling agents etc.to the PPS-PMS blends,the melting flowing character and the surface status of the coating were improved.Applying the melting spraying technique,a thick,smooth,free-pinhole and anticorrosive coating was gained.The coating processing period was reduced from 4-6 h to 1.5-2 h.
