"分层分段多维复式"概念的提出,是模块教育在人才培养模式上的具体体现。它将人才培养从能力分层、教学分段、空间分区、模式互补的角度划分为若干个动态可灵活整合的教育教学模块,再根据企业的需求进行组合、调整,从而加深校企合作的深度和广度,使学生的技能水平不断提高,真正做到与就业岗位的零距离对接。

The introduction of the concept of ＂ability ranking, education partition, and spatial district＂ is the manifestation of module education in talent cultivation. This mode divides talent cultivation into several dynamic teaching modes that can integrate flexibly from the angles of ability ranking, educational partition, spatial district and mode supplementary. Those constitutions carry on together and adjust to fit for the needs of enterprise and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and finally develope and promote the ability of students and reach to the needs of the position the enterprise provided.
