摘要
在成人高教管理中,服务质量已成为社会、家长和成人学员评价成人高教管理效度的重要标准。然而,在成人高教管理中还普遍存在着服务理念缺失的现象。因此,探析服务理念在成人高教管理中缺失的原因及对策,是提高成人高教管理效度的需要,也将对提高成人高等教育质量和竞争力具有重要的现实意义。
Service quality has been considered by society as a vital measure of the valuation of the aduh higher education management. Nevertheless, there does generally exist the phenomenon of the lack of service philosophy. It is necessary to study the causes and countermeasures of the lack of service philosophy in adult higher education in order that we could improve the validity of the a-dult higher education management. Meanwhile, the study has the important practical significance of improving the quality and competition of the adult higher education.
