“中井院模式”:干部教育课程设置的新探索

摘要 中国井冈山干部学院经过几年的探索发展,形成了以综合课程和活动课程为主的课程设置体系,打造了干部教育课程设置的"中井院模式"。其具有感性体验与理性升华相结合、直观感受与间接感悟相结合、平面印象与立体深化相结合的特色,使教学效果具有针对性和全面性。 Curriculum setting highlights the characteristics of cadre education and training institutions, China Executive Leader-ship Academy, Jinggangshan(CELAJ), after several years of exploration and development, formed a curriculum system that compre- hensive curriculum and activity - based curriculum is the core, created" CELAJ Mode" of curriculum setting in cadre education. It has the featurs that combine the emotional experience and rational distillation, visual perception and indirect perception, the plain impres- sion and deep three - dimensional form, which make teaching effectiveness targeted and comprehensive.
