摘要
以乙二胺(EDA)为原料,对固定床常压法合成哌嗪过程中的催化剂进行了研究,确定以Zn改性的HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,讨论了Zn(NO3)2浓度、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、活化时间对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,当Zn(NO3)2溶液浓度为1.2 mol/L,浸渍时间为36 h,焙烧温度为450℃和活化时间为5 h时,得到的催化剂性能最好,性能稳定,再生方法简单。
Taking the EDA as the materials,the HZSM-5 zeolite modified with Zn was the best catalyst of synthesis of piperazine with fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric pressure through studying a variety of catalysts.The influence of Zn(NO3)2 concentration,soaking time,calcination temperature,activation time on the catalyst performance were studied.The results showed it was the best catalyst when the Zn(NO3)2 solution concentration were 1.2 mol/L,impregnation time was 36 h,calcination temperature was 450 ℃ and activation time was 5 h.The catalyst performance is stable and regeneration method is simple.
