本文论述了在公路建设中工程质量与速度的关系，提出了目前工程质量管理存在的弊病及进行科学营理应抓好的几个环节。
This article expounds the relation of engineering of quality and speed in course of highway construction.Put forwards the existing malady in qualitative administration of engineering, and several links should be stressed when carry on scientific management.
