摘要
针对现有的手工真空集热铜管加工工艺,研制出一种真空集热铜管加工的全自动焊接成套设备。设备从市场需要和现有工艺的弱点入手,详细介绍了设备整体结构设计、重要机构的设计及设备控制电路的设计,最后以实用的价值证明了设计的完成度,并指出了后续尚需研究和改进的内容。
In view of the existing manual processing craft for the manufacturing of the collecting-hot copper vacuum tube,this essay discusses the development of a new automatic welding equipment which can be used in the manufacturing of the collecting-hot copper vacuum tube.By analyzing the market requirement and the weakness of the existing craft,the essay introduces in detail the designing of the overall structure of the device,the important components and of the electric circuit control.Finally,this paper shows the value of the machine by the data from the practical use,and it gives some suggestions for following research and the further improvement of the new equipment.
