摘要
提出了一种基于双目立体视觉系统的手持式光笔三坐标测量系统。该系统的关键技术包含相机标定、光笔上粘贴的标志点标定和测头自标定技术。该系统的手持式光笔结构简单,对标志点和测头的结构分布没有特殊要求。实验结果表明,该系统实现了对物体的接触式测量,系统精度稳定可靠。
A novel 3D-coordinate measurement system using light-pen based on binocular stereo vision system was presented in this paper.The key technology of this system contains camera calibration,retro-reflective targets sticked on light-pen calibration and measuring head of light-pen self-calibration technology.The structure of handhold pen is very simple,and there are no special requirements for the distribution of the retro-reflective targets and measuring head of light-pen.The test results show that this system realizes contact measurement on objects and the system precision is stable and reliable.
