摘要
利用PLC控制单元驱动伺服电动机合理的无级调速范围,代替原来纯机械的有级变速,进而达到在不降低机械传动性能的情况下,简化机械传动系统,改进机床操作性能。成功应用在重型轧辊车床上。
Using the rational stepless shift range of servo-motor driven by PLC controlling cell instead of the absolutely mechanical step shift,so as to simplify the mechanical driving-system and mend the operational performance,in the case of not debasing the mechanical driving capability of the machine.
