摘要
针对水资源问题已严重阻碍了中原城市群的发展,基于水循环原理绘制了区域水资源系统单元节点关系图,分析了转化关系,计算了现状水平年2008年(实际来水条件)、规划水平年2020年(50%频率来水条件)和2030年(50%频率来水条件)的水资源系统转化水量,并指出当前水量转化导致诸多单元缺水,水资源分配极不合理,提出了解决单元缺水的水资源调配途径。该研究可为中原城市群经济社会可持续发展提供支撑,为解决一般区域缺水问题提供了应用范例。
Water resources problems have seriously hindered the development of central Henan urban agglomeration. Based on the theory of water cycle, the arithmetic elements of regional water resources system is plotted and its eonver- sion relationship is analyzed. And the conversion water yield of water resources system in 2008 (actual coming water con- ditions), 2020 (50% frequency water conditions) and 2030 (50% frequency water conditions) is calculated. Then it fig- ures out that many arithmetic elements are short of water and water collocation is unreasonable. Finally, the allocation ap- proaches of water resources are given for solving the water shortages. The research is not only provides support for the sustainable development for central Henan urban agglomeration, but also gives an applied example for solving the general regional water shortage problem.
