Calculation Economic Pipe Diameter of Pipeline with Method of Minimum Annual Cost

摘要 针对管路直径对造价最大影响的问题,以景泰川提水工程为例,综合考虑管道与水泵的关系,以年费用最小为目标确定管路经济管径,将求解经济管径的工程问题转化为求解年费用最低的经济问题。计算结果表明,该方法简便、精度较高,可为已建管路的节能改造提供参考。 According to the problem that pipe diameter has the greatest impact on the cost, taking Jingtaichuan lifting water project for en example, comprehensively considering the relationship between pipeline and water pump, the eco- nomic pipe diameter of pipeline is determined with the goal of minimum annual cost. The engineering problem of economic pipe diameter is converted into the optimal problem of minimum annual cost to be solved. The calculation results show that the method is simple and high precision, and provides reference for energy saving of pipelines whieh have been built.
