摘要
针对水电机组盘车过程中存在的角度控制与测量问题,提出了一种仅需测量测距装置到主轴距离即可获得非线性方程组解的新算法,将主轴旋转角度作为未知量求解,主轴可自由旋转,避免了盘车过程中角度的控制、测量与误差,并给出了虚拟盘车的数据。计算结果表明,该法简便、精度高,可满足工程需要。
A new barring algorithm of turbine generator sets major axis is proposed to avoid the rotation angle controt and measurement. Nonlinear equations are constituted by basic equation established in this paper. The nonlinear equations with the axis rota:ion angle as unknown can be solved by using optimization method only the clearartees between the distance measuring equipment (DME) and the axis needed. The barring procedure is simplified and the accuracy is improved because the axis rotation is free and the angle control, measurement and error can be avoided. This paper implements the virtual barring data. The results show that the method is simple and has high precision, which meets the engineering requirements.
