摘要
基于供电企业在实现电力低碳化发展中的重要作用,以供电企业为研究对象,从发电侧、供电侧及用电侧三方面分析构建了供电企业低碳贡献效果评价指标体系,并运用灰色三角白化权函数建立了综合评价模型。实例应用结果表明,该模型能合理评价供电企业的低碳贡献效果,为供电企业开展节能减排工作提供了理论依据。
According to the fact that power supply enterprises will play an extreme important role during the low car- bon emission based development of electric power industry, the low-carbon contribution effects evaluation index system for power supply enterprises is proposed in terms of power generation side, supply side and demand side. Then, the com- prehensive evaluation model based on grey triangle whiten weight function is built to evaluate the low-carbon contribution effects of power supply enterprises. The instance results show that the proposed method can evaluate the low-carbon con- tribution effects of power supply enterprises rationally and provide theoretical basis for energy saving and emissions reduc- tion of power supply enterprises.
