摘要
利用主成分分析法,对2007年京津64个制造业部门和14个第三产业部门进行综合评价,并结合京津的发展阶段和未来发展方向,对京津的主导产业进行了选择。结果表明,北京主导产业应以电子信息产业、石化产业、装备制造业、医药制造等知识密集型的高新技术制造业和房地产业、租赁和商务服务业、信息传输、计算机服务等高端服务业为主;天津以发展汽车制造业、设备制造业、钢压延加工业和炼钢等临海型产业为重点。
Using method of principal component analysis, the 64 manufacturing industries and 14 tertiary industries are evaluated. Furtherly, considering the stage of development and the future development of Beijing and Tianjin, the leading industries are chosen. The results show that Beijing should take knowledge-intensive industries and high-end services as its leading industries, such as electronic information industry, manufacture of equipment, petrochemical industry, manufacture of medicine, real estate, information transmission, and computer services. Tianjin should focus on coastal-based industries, which are automobile manufacture, manufacture of equipment,smelting and pressing of ferrous metals.
