摘要
针对某新车型上扭转梁式后桥弯曲疲劳试验不合格的情况,对该零件疲劳寿命的各影响因素进行分析和研究,利用FEMFAT进行疲劳强度模拟分析,提出改进方案。通过调整结构局部形状及合理选择材料,完全可以使零件满足弯曲疲劳试验的技术要求,经过对改进样件的试验验证,改进后的扭转梁式后桥在弯曲疲劳试验中的寿命比改进前提高近200%。
Because a trialing-arm rear axle failed in the flexional longitudinal load fatigue test,the influence factors of durability of this component are analyzed.Durability of the component is simulated with software FEMFAT and the optimized concept is proposed.By modifying the local shape of the component and reasonably changing the material,the component can meet the requirement of the test.The test verifies that the durability of the optimized trialing-arm rear axle is improved by nearly 200%.
