摘要 在实验数据的基础上,借鉴国外模型的优点,开发出实体单元侧碰MDB蜂窝铝CAE模型。该模型充分适应侧面碰撞的特点,解决侧碰蜂窝铝厚度渐变给建模带来的困难,在满足计算精度的前提下具有计算速度快、代价小的优点。通过大量的模型验证说明该模型不仅可以满足ECE法规的要求,还能满足EEVCWG13工作组推荐的几种额外动态测试要求,达到工程实用的要求。 The EEVC honeycomb for automobile side impact MDB is modeled by solid elements based on the experimental data and other models' advantages.This model overcomes the difficulty of tapering thickness of the MDB honeycomb foil along the depth and has the advantage of low cost and high efficiency while assuring the accuracy.Many of validations show that this model can not only meet the requirement of ECE regulation but also have good consistence with tests for the extra dynamic procedures recommended by EEVC WG13.
