在介绍挣值管理基本概念基础上,结合整车开发项目中应用挣值管理的案例进行分析,研究探讨挣值管理在项目绩效、项目预测和项目人力资源评价上的应用方法,指出挣值管理是一种十分有效的对项目进度、成本、质量进行综合监控的项目绩效分析方法。

The Earned Value Management（EVM） is introduced based on its concept.Then the EVM applications for project performance,forecast and HR evaluation are researched,by giving an example about the vehicle development project.And the EVM is an effective measuring project performance methodology for integrating synthetically project schedule,cost and quality.
