摘要 多组分纤维纺织品的染色将成为制约染整生产企业未来成功的关键因素之一,聚酯彩纤与棉花染色后的色纺纱将凸显产业优势,提升纺织品品种、档次,降低生产成本,增加面料的附加值,节能减排。WSC型散纤维染色机是更新换代的专利染色装备,相对旧机型节水37.5%,节电35%,节省蒸汽32%~43%;散纤维染色工艺设备流程的投资效益高,回收期7~8个月。 The dyeing of fabrics made of multicomponent fibres will become a key factor which impedes the success of dyeing and printing enterprises in coming days. Dyed yarns made of coloured polyester fibre and dyed cotton will exhibit outstanding industrial advantages in upgrading textile varieties and grades, lowering production cost, increasing the added-value of fabric, and energy saving and emission reduction. WSC Loose-Stock Dyer is a patented dyeing equipment belonging to a new generation, it saves water 37.5%, power 35%, and steam 32%--43% compared with the old type of machine. It is characterized by high cost efficiency with investment return period of 7--8 months.
