文章介绍了三钢中板厂层流冷却系统中的自动化控制、数学模型、控制策略的应用及改进。通过层流冷却自控系统的改进,有利于控制板形,提高钢板的综合性能和质量,增强开发高附加值产品的能力。
This paper introduces the application and improvement of the automatic control,mathematical model and control strategy of the laminar flow cooling system in the plate rolling mill of Fujian San Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd..The improvement ofthe automatic control system can help control panel shape,improve the comprehensive performance and quality of the steel plate and enhance the ability of developing high added-value products.
