企业资源规划(ERP)项目实施涉及到企业的各个方面,从项目选型、合同签订、实施到最终验收完成是一个相当复杂而浩大的工程。企业在项目实施之前充分分析企业需求,并找到一套适合企业自身的实施方法,项目实施工作将能事半功倍。
The implementation of enterprises resource planning（ERP）project involves toall aspects ofenterprises,and the process of project selection,contract signing,implementation and final acceptance and accomplishment is quite a complex and huge project.If en-terprises can fully analyze the needs of themselves and find out a set of implementation method suitable for themselves before carrying out the project,the project implementation work will be much easier.
