摘要
企业在实现做大做强的过程中遇到人才支撑的瓶颈,迫切需要解放潜在的人力资源。文章对保洁工转岗培训进行优化设计和应用研究,创新培训方式方法,将素质模型理论应用于培训体系中,提出运用过程控制进行培训实施管理,培训效果达到预期目标,为企业生产模式提供人才组织保障。
In the process of achieving bigger and stronger,companies encounter the bottleneck of human resources support,and need an urgent to liberate the potential of human resources.This paper optimize the design and applied research on training and retraining of cleaners,innovating training method and the quality of the model theory is applied to the training system,and proposed the use of process control implementation and management training,effectiveness to meet the target for the production model provides personnel protection organization and provides guarantee talents for production mode.
