摘要
以烯丙基氯、硫代硫酸钠和硫化钠为原料,以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,催化合成二烯丙基三硫。通过红外光谱、核磁共振、色-质联用等测试手段验证了化合物的结构为二烯丙基三硫。考察了一定实验条件下烯丙基氯与硫代硫酸钠的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、相转移催化剂的用量对产率的影响。研究结果表明:产率随着原料摩尔比中烯丙基氯含量的增加而增加.与不加相转移催化剂的反应时间减少4 h,产率提高45%。
Allyl chloride,sodium thiosulfate and sodium sulfide were used to synthesize di-2-propenyl trisulfide with a phase transfer catalyst tetrabutyl ammonium bromide.The mol ratio of allyl chloride and sodium thiosulfate,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the mass ratio of the phase transfer catalyst to allyl chloride were studied.The molecular weight and molecular structure of the diallyl trisulfide were characterized by NMR,IR and GC-MS analysis.The results showed that the yield increased with the amount of allyl chloride.In the presence of the phase transfer catalyst the reaction time decreased to 4 h,and the yield increased to 45 %.
